how long have I got to notify you?

If you suggest to your contact that they contact us, you have a week to notify us that you have made a referral. If you can't get online during that week please leave a message on our voicemail giving the potential clients name and your name on +44 (0)7884 540185. As soon as you regain access you must complete the online referral form. If you would like us to contact them we will do this as soon as we receive online notification.

When will I receive my rewards?

You will receive your rewards as soon as all payments have been received from your referral.

What conditions are there?

We try and make the process as simple and condition-free as we can. When you make a referral you must agree to the few conditions that appear. They are all commonsense conditions that protect yourself, your referral and IDBA.

Can I donate my rewards to charity?

Yes, please email us your preferred charity details and we will forward your reward directly to them. Alternatively, you can do this yourself after payment.

I know someone who would benefit from Affiliation.

Simply email us with the details for us to invite them to join by email. Note that you will not be entitled to rewards on work that they themselves refer.

Can I claim rewards for my own projects?

Once you have registered, any project discussed with IDBA will include your discount. Note that any quotations will have included your discount. If you wish to receive cash back after the project you MUST tell us before we start the project.

Can I personally claim rewards for projects I commission for my employer?

If you apply for personal project rewards for your employer's project it is likely to be against your terms of employment and may be illegal. We therefore do not offer rewards in this case. In all cases it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to ensure your request for rewards is legal or within the terms of any contract you may have in place with the referral organisation. IDBA cannot be held responsible for any corruption claims for any reason. IT IS YOUR PERSONAL RESPONSIBILTY TO ACT WITHIN ANY TERMS PLACED UPON YOU AND IN ANY CASE WITHIN THE LAW.
