Refer a client
You MUST have registered as an IDBA Affiliate to be able to refer a client and obtain rewards.
You will need to know certain details before referring a potential client:
Their full name, telephone number and email address. Preferably we would also like to know their full business address, although this isn't strictly necessary.
You must now agree to the following terms and conditions:

- You are responsible for ensuring any claim for rewards is within the terms of any contract you are operating under and that any claim is currently legal in the country of your operation.
- Referrals must be made online.
- Payments 'on account' or in cash will be payable on final received and cleared payment from the referred contact.
- The rate of payment is as stated on the REWARDS page.
- Client confidentiality will be maintained. There will be no disclosure of any project details or financial details of the referred client or their project. You agree to trust IDBA to reward you accordingly.
- Rewards are only payable on PROJECT PROFIT <details>.
- On-account payments must be used within 12 months of referred project completion.
As referrer you have no responsibility for your referral's conduct. Although we would hope you would only recommend referrals that you believe to be honourable.
